From LOGO i worked really hard organizing a lot of things for the visit of David Carson to Montevideo in 2005… preparing a place, inviting people, finding economical and material support, selling tickets for his lecture, communicating all the planed activities etc. and etc. … but he didn’t check in last flight to Montevideo… Immediately after I worked quite hard to returned each coin but I learn some big lessons…

Then, in 2009 I invited him again but working in a quite different way as planned in 2005 (!)…so, he finally went to Montevideo and I think/hope we both learn something those days.

This is the result of a workshop I developed at LOGO with many designers from Uruguay in November 15 and 16 of 2005, previous to this frustrated visit. The result of this workshop were big posters that were showed in several bus stops until november 29 thanks to the support from Publibus/Heres company.
